There's no better time than the holidays to work on your mindfulness practice, or start one up if you haven't already. With all the food, social activities and gatherings, it's hard to stay in the moment while you're busy planning ahead for the next family dinner.
This holiday, I challenge you to instil a little mindfulness. From mindful eating to being in the moment with friends and family to creating mindful moments within yourself, try at least one mindfulness technique out. Trust me, the more you are able to enjoy each moment rather than spring ahead to the future or worry about the past, the most fulfilling and meaningful your holiday will be.
